Our yacht departs and returns from the 1729-year-old town of Split (located 25 minutes from Split airport).

A transformative and life-enriching week-long retreat on a 160-foot luxury yacht, island-hopping the Croatian coast with a group of like-minded people. This wonderful week includes luxury accommodation on the yacht, ten professional staff, daily fitness, meditation, and workshop sessions, as well as, themed celebrations, and unique cultural experiences.

Dr Mark Pirtle is an integral therapist, teacher, speaker, author, and filmmaker. His pioneering work forces a paradigm shift in the way people think about stress relief and recovery. Pirtle reveals the through-line between objective science and internal spirituality. Combining the disciplines of living systems theory, mindfulness meditation, and narrative medicine he developed an evidence-based program for healing stress-related illnesses he calls SkillfullyAware®. Mark produced a full-length documentary film titled, Is Your Story Making You Sick? Dr Pirtle speaks professionally, consults with businesses and private clients, hosts retreats, teaches online classes, and teaches for the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine Fellowship Program. He also created and teaches Mindfully Overcoming Addictive Behaviors 10-week online class for eMindful.com.   

Mark’s daily sessions will consist of a 50-60 attunement workshop, followed by a 10-15 minute meditation and Q&A. In the workshops, you learn to:

  • Meditate Ask the right questions that will help you break out of old habits
  • Emotional mindfulness through journaling
  • Stay aligned and focused through the creation of a personal values list
  • Prioritize what’s important even if it’s not urgent, like rest, relationships, diet, exercise, etc.
  • Self-regulate and co-regulate
  • Attune to yourself, others, and situations with acceptance, care and a wish for a higher good.

What a typical day looks like: 

  • 07:00 - Daily Yoga with Ana on the top deck 
  • 08:00 - Breathwork session 
  • 08:30 - Our yacht departs towards our next island destination
  • 08:30 - 10:00 - Buffett breakfast 
  • 10:00 - 10:30 - Top deck fitness session 
  • 11:00 - 12:30 - Presentation, meditation and Q&A session by Mark 
  • 13:00 - Swim stop at a secluded island bay for lunch, drinks, swimming, lunch, snorkelling, paddle boarding etc 
  • 15:00 - Daily excursion and new island exploration 
  • 20:00 - Dinner. Exclusive, pre-arranged dinners, at special local spots, hosted by local families we know. 
  • 23:00 - Head back to the boat from dinner. Explore the local nightlife and townships. Like the rest of Europe, Croatia is buzzing through the summer evenings with lots to see and do.

Our epic adventure starts and finishes in Split and features national parks, white-stone castles, fortified old-towns, vineyard tours, waterfalls, submarine bunkers, UNESCO world heritage sites and so much more..

  • Trogir A beautiful medieval town located 30 km from Split and 10 km away from Split airport. The old town is a Unesco protected world heritage site with charming cobbled streets, white-stone buildings and a wide seafront promenade. The entire town is a historical monument with numerous churches, fortification towers and palaces.
  • Skradin & Krka National Park Sail up Krka river, stopping for freshwater swims along the way. Docking at Skradin, a historic, white-stone township dating back to the year 3500 B.C. From there we make our way further upriver to the magnificent waterfalls, rivers and scenic walks and a small Franciscan monastery located on a tiny island that resides in the middle of a lake.
  • Bol Zlatni Rat beach (Golden Horn) is one of the most beautiful beaches of the Mediterranean. Thanks to its particular shape, it is often rated as one of the most exceptional beaches in the world. The crystal clear sea goes from turquoise to dark blue in just 10 to 20 meters and it is bordered by decades-old pine trees, planted by the locals for shade.
  • Vis Vis has some of the clearest waters on the planet and is a relaxed, go-slow island that represents a truly authentic picture of Dalmatia. Vis was of strategic importance to the great leader Tito, who began establishing a number of military fortifications including a submarine base and a network of secret underground tunnels and caves across the island, many of which we can visit during our stay.
  • Korcula Vineyards olive groves, gorgeous beaches and fairytale-like villages. The old town is often called ‘Little Dubrovnik’ by tourists, as it’s just as beautiful, but without the crowds. Some highlights we can experience include, wine tours, buggy riding and sunset cocktails at the top of a fortified turret.
  • Hvar The most famous island in Croatia due to its natural beauty, history, island archipelago, lounge bars and nightlife. This is where we are fortunate enough to be hosted for a family dinner in a UNESCO abandoned village, deep in the hills of Hvar.

Each trip and itinerary is custom-created. A detailed itinerary will be sent out to you each day during the trip. Please note that even when we are sailing, the itinerary can change due to certain weather circumstances. This will be the captain's decision

This Package Price does not Include:

  • Tourist and port taxes of €45 pp for the week. Paid in cash at the marina before departure
  • Any meals and activities on land
  • Optional excursions and activities, such as vineyard tours, buggy rides, scuba-diving etc
  • Drinks from the bar. These will be put on your cabin tab and paid at the end of the week.
  • Motor activities onboard like wakeboarding, skiing, doughnut rides and jet skiing.
  • Optional end of week tip for the staff.

In the event Solamoré is required to reschedule your Booking, it will use all reasonable endeavours to reschedule your Booking to the next reasonably proximate available Solamoré booking (‘Reschedule’). In the event Solamoré is required to cancel your Booking, other than as a result of a Force Majeure Event (as defined below), Solamoré shall be entitled in its absolute discretion to either: (i) issue you with a credit in respect of your Booking, which may be applied towards another Solamoré booking within a reasonable timeframe, as may be determined by Solamoré, in the circumstances and which you may transfer to a third party (‘Booking Credit’); or (ii) issue a refund to you, as applicable (but which refund is subject to Solamoré obtaining any refund(s) from its suppliers and which amount, you acknowledge and agree, may be less than the Price). Solamoré shall be under no obligation to pay you any compensation in relation to, and accepts no liability in respect of any Cancellation Fee that may arise out of or in connection with, any reschedule or cancellation. Solamoré strongly recommends that you procure comprehensive travel, health and accident insurance (including cancellation insurance) in connection with the Solamoré Experience. You acknowledge and agree that the cancellation provisions outlined above are, in the context and as a result of the global outbreak in 2019 and 2020 of novel coronavirus 2019 (‘COVID-19’), reasonably necessary to protect Solamoré’s legitimate interests under the Agreement. Booking & Payment Terms & Conditions:
Payment: 50% deposit to secure cabin. 50% final payment four weeks prior to departure. The Booking may be paid for using one of the following four global currencies: Euro (EUR€), United States Dollar (USD$), Australian Dollar (AUD$) or New Zealand Dollar (NZD$). The default currency which will be applied when you make a Booking with a credit card is EUR€. Solamoré will not receive or be held accountable for any fees charged by your bank or transfer service in connection with the Booking. If you prefer to pay in USD, AUD or NZD, you can do so by requesting in the message section of your booking request below. Changes: Any request by you to change the Booking (or any part thereof) (‘Change Request’) must be made by way of email to info@solamore.events. Any Change Request which changes the number of Group Members, or the dates of the Solamoré Experience, must be made no later than seven days prior to the Commencement Date. Solamoré will use all reasonable endeavours to accommodate a Change Request, but provides no guarantee that Solamoré will be able to meet such a Change Request. Solamoré accepts no responsibility in the event that a Change Request is not (in Solamoré’s opinion) capable of being actioned. Where a Change Request is (in Solamoré’s opinion) capable of being actioned, Solamoré reserves the right to charge you any costs incurred by Solamoré (including a reasonable administration fee), or costs incurred or imposed by any of Solamoré’s suppliers, in connection with implementation of the Change Request. Where a Change Request is (in Solamoré’s opinion) incapable of being actioned, and you do not wish to proceed with the Booking, Solamoré will treat this as a cancellation by you and Solamoré reserves the right to charge you any costs, fees or expenses arising out of, or incurred by Solamoré in connection with, the cancellation of your Booking (‘Cancellation Fees’). Cancellation by You: (i) If you cancel your Booking earlier than one week prior to the Commencement Date, a refund will only be issued if your Booking can be taken over by another party; and (ii) If you cancel your Booking within one week of, or after, the Commencement Date, a refund will not be issued. If you or any other Group Member wishes to cancel your Booking, you must notify Solamoré in writing by way of email to info@solamore.events. Your notice of cancellation will only take effect when it is received by Solamoré and will be effective from the date on which Solamoré receives it. Subject to any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and as may otherwise be set out in the Agreement or as may be agreed by Solamoré in writing: Where any Cancellation Fees arise, for example (but without limitation) where imposed by third party suppliers or otherwise, you agree to indemnify and hold harmless, and continue to indemnify and hold harmless, Solamoré for the total amount of the Cancellation Fee. Depending on the reason for cancellation, you may be able to reclaim Cancellation Fees (less any applicable excess) under the terms of your insurance policy. Such claims must be directed to your travel insurance provider. For the avoidance of doubt, but subject to any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and as may otherwise be set out in the Agreement or as may be agreed by Solamoré in writing, no refunds will be issued for wholly/partly used tickets, for any services booked but not taken, if you leave the Solamoré Experience for any reason after it has commenced, if you fail to join the Solamoré Experience or if you join the Solamoré Experience after the Commencement Date. Where a cancellation of the Booking reduces the number of full paying Group Members below the number on which the Price, number of free places and/or any concessions agreed for your Booking were based, we will recalculate these items and re-invoice you accordingly. Cancellation by Solamoré: In certain circumstances, for example (but without limitation) if a vessel becomes unavailable for any reason or weather conditions become unfavourable, Solamoré may be required (subject to availability) to reschedule or cancel your Booking. In such circumstances, Solamoré will inform you in writing, as soon as possible, of such action by way of email, to the email address provided by you in your Application (and, if possible, at the telephone number provided by you in your Application). In the event Solamoré is required to reschedule your Booking, it will use all reasonable endeavours to reschedule your Booking to the next reasonably proximate available Solamoré booking (‘Reschedule’).
