We offer dosha analysis with personalised consultation and treatment program including yoga and meditation. Take a vigorous work out or enjoy a releasing stretching session in our fitness centre. We also offer professional health assessments and personal training on request. Our various Yoga sessions will strengthen and stretch your whole body and mind. We offer comprehensive classes as well as yoga for children. We have sixty acres of space to jog through as well as hilly surroundings for challenging hikes.
