With the kind cooperation of all the trees rooted in "Tree of Life" soil, we acquire herbs to use in our Ayurveda arsenal at 'Saukya' Ayurveda centre, where the resort's doctor blend them using natural elements to spoon up the best of herbal essence and soothe the human senses. Relax your soul with: Ayurveda Meditation, Ayurveda Aromatherapy, Ayurveda Herbal Bath, Ayurveda Pinda Sweda, Ayurveda Snehana (oil massage), Ayurveda Swedana (steam bath), Ayurveda Shirodhara Kutisweda and Ayurveda Herbal Tea. The onsite spa has massage/treatment rooms. Services include massages, facials, body wraps, and body scrubs. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and Ayurvedic.
