The main culinary ethos of Anantara Angkor is farm to table, as the resort opts to always use the freshest, organic produce. There is also an organic vegetable patch within the resort where the lemongrass stalks used as straws at the restaurant for drinks is freshly harvested in the morning. Chi Restaurant is well regarded for its authentic Cambodia flavors. Individuals with strict dietary preferences such as vegans, vegetarians as well as those with dietary restrictions as well as allergies etc. will find ease and comfort in the items offered at the breakfast spread as well as those in the menu.
